Waitlists are a ton of additional work on my end. Signups to my waitlist are a non-refundable $25 fee that is NOT credited towards the price of rats. The fee acts compensation for the time spent maintaining them, it also prevents time-waster from signing up. The waitlist also allows you to have special priority over others when reserving rats, those on my waitlist will ALWAYS get first priority. Sign-ups are NOT required but encouraged due to high demand and my lower supply of rats. It will prevent you from being forgotten about and ensure you will be able to get rats from us.

Once a buyer application has been filled out and approved you will be contacted with payment options and then sent the waitlist application.
