Contract and Buyer Application

I require you to sign a contract for a few specific reasons. I do not believe in taking your money only to never talk to you again or ignore every message you send. I want to be able to support you through the entirety of the rat's life. I as a breeder actually care about where my rats go and whom they live with, which is why I require you to return the rats to me if you cannot care for them for whatever reason. If you want to buy rats from me and never talk to me again, I am not the breeder for you. Buying rats from me is not a one-and-done deal, these are animals I genuinely care about and I care about your experience with them as well.
