How do I get rats from you?

Please read this thoroughly, this will make my life much easier. Of course, if something is not clear, please reach out. 

1. Contact us, reach out, and let us know who you are. 

2. Fill out our application located here

3. Contact us again to let us know the application is complete

4. We will then contact you and go over the application, if approved we will tell you and send you our waitlist application which you will then fill out after sending $25 waitlist fee

5. Wait for available rats, I do not post rats for sale, I will contact you and let you know what is available. 

6. Once you have made your choice of rats, you will reserve them with a 50% non-refundable deposit and receive weekly video and photo updates until pickup at 8 weeks old

Our rats as of January 2024 are $100 each. This price is not applicable to our previous buyers. All new buyers (meaning, you have never bought rats from us) will be under our new pricing. Our price does not change based on color or coat but sometimes can change based on line. 

The implementation of a waitlist is integral to our operational framework as it effectively filters out individuals lacking patience or seriousness, both of whom we are not inclined to serve. If you can patiently await the availability of our rats, we enthusiastically welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you. Prospective rat owners, particularly those new to the endeavor, will find mentorship and guidance readily available to enhance their understanding of rat care and ownership.
